Home automation
Home automation brings supported lighting, climate, shading, sensing and user-control functions into a coherent room architecture. Available functions and interoperability depend on the selected devices, platforms and documented interfaces.

Switching, dimming, scenes and suitable lighting interfaces are developed around the selected room-control architecture.

Room temperature and operating commands can be integrated through compatible controllers or HVAC gateways.

Guest Room Management System
A GRMS coordinates supported guest controls and room-status functions within a defined architecture. DND, MUR, occupancy, access and hotel-system interfaces are included only where the selected devices, platforms and project requirements support them.
KNX & DALI
KNX can provide the room-automation layer for compatible controls, while DALI or DALI-2 can provide addressable lighting functions. System architecture, network topology, gateways and exposed functions depend on the selected project equipment.
Room technologies
Confido works with Eelectron and Inspinia technologies within compatible, project-specific room-control architectures. Product and function selection is based on the required interfaces and supported capabilities.
Confido works with Eelectron technology for KNX room automation. Project applications may include keypads and room interfaces, sensors, lighting and HVAC control, scenes, room presence, and configured room-automation functions supported by the selected devices.
Confido works with Inspinia technology for visualization and integrated room control. Within supported project architectures, touch panels, servers and interfaces can present lighting, climate, shading and connected room functions through a coordinated user layer.
HVAC integration
Intesis HVAC gateways can connect supported air-conditioning systems with KNX, BMS or home-automation environments. Gateway selection is project-specific and depends on the HVAC manufacturer, system architecture, required protocol and supported functions.
Door entry & intercom
Fermax IP video-intercom technology can support visitor communication, door entry and compatible access interfaces. Integration with wider room, residential, CCTV or automation systems is included only where the selected equipment and documented interfaces support it.
Smart locks & Matter
Smart-lock and Matter-compatible integration is evaluated against the selected device, automation platform, gateway and required function. Compatibility is never assumed, and each interface requires project-specific validation.
Compatible smart locks may be integrated where the selected equipment provides a documented and supported automation interface.
Matter-compatible integration may be incorporated where both the selected device and automation platform support the required function.
Device, platform, gateway and exposed-function compatibility must be validated for each project.
Only supported commands, states and interfaces are included in the engineered room-control scope.
